HbsAg blood test

mgv
I came to know I have Hepa B 10 years age.  since then i'm always depressed because i cant get a job because of this illness.
My last HbsAg Test was last April 17, 2009, the result is:

RE-ACTIVE Patient's Count: 3.546  Cut-Off Value: 1.000.

Please help me understand this result because im so concerned of liver's condition.  And what does it means if the HbsAg result is NON-REACTIVE? Does it means free from hepa B virus already?

Labs use different ways to test and report the results. What you are seeing is reorts from 2 different labs.  Both are saying the person has infection.

I want to know the difference between these two HbsAg Results:

1.  RE-ACTIVE Patient's Count: 3.546  Cut-Off Value: 1.000.

2.  REACTIVE w/ Titer (ECLIA) 1992.00 C.O.V. 1,000

Please kindly interpret, the first one is mine, the second result, i just saw it at the
Phil. Hepa B forum. Why the 2nd one has a very high counts than mine?

You need to educate yourself with this first: http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/Hepatitis/HepB-Introduction--Welcome-Page/show/34?cid=153

It is sad to see so many of your countrymen affected by the disease and the social stigma.
