Hepa B

Hello!I had my hepaB laboratory last june 9,2007 that is HBsAG test, and my patient value is 2,148.0 while the cut-off value is 1.0 and the result is reactive, this is ELECSYS 2010 method,i had also my HBeAg test and the result is non-reactive,with the same method............then i went to my doctor to ask if there is a medicine for this but the doctor told me that he cannot recommend any medicine because i am a healthy carrier, and there's no such medicine for this, and i have also my SGPT test and the SI units result is 58 u/l while the SI ref value is 9-72 u/l.it is a VITROS 250 method.........................then after 1 year, this Nov.3,2008,I try to have my hepa B test again just for my evaluation or just to see if how is my sick is.........sad to say that it went up to 3,086.0 for  the patient value, the same cut-off and  the resulrt is reactive,it is  Cobas e 411 method now...........but i didn't go to doctor becuase i am afraid again to hear if they say that they cannot give  or prescribe me a medicine.....................can you help me to treat my sickness?do you have any recommendation to help.........for this?

Have your HBV DNA tested too.  If it is low or UND and you are a healthy carrier, then now it is best just to monitor rather than treat your liver, just as your doctor advised.
