HBc Abs (IgG) positive 15.79

HBs Ag positive 5113 ( why it is so highy unlike others?)

Also, i would be greateful if you answer these questions:

4. What actions should i take?

Thank you

Generally, there is no need to start treatment if ALT is < 30 iu/ml for male and 19 iu/ml for female. This should be based on persistent ALT level, not just a single reading.

Thank you for the answer,

I did the HBV dna, and still waiting for the results. ALT/ GPT is 33 IU/ L.

as the docotor said, the treatments should be considered if the alt is highy, and in my case, it's not. Do you agree with this?

Thanks again

1. Is it active or deactive?
This will depend on your viral load (hbvdna) and ALT level.

2.  Should I start therapy?
Since you are HBeAg-ve, if your hepatitis is active, treatment should be considered.

3. Is their a risk of infectivity?
Yes, but the degree of infectivity will depend on your viral load.

4. What actions should i take?
Test your viral load and see a doctor who specializes in Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B is a chronic disease, there are very effective treatments to control the disease, so no need to fear.
