533 IU is considered very low and since you have consistently normal ALT and your HBV DNA < 2000 IU, you are an inactive carrier of Hep B. Majority of the people will stay in this state indefinitely and a minority may even clear HBsAg eventually but that can take a decade after having very low HBV DNA. Keep monitoring your HBV DNA and ALT every 6 months or so.

P.S I am not a doctor but I in the same boat as you with very low HBV DNA for a decade now and I have stayed inactive carrier of Hep B.  Consult with your hepatologist on your specific case but with that low DNA, I won't worry about it too much.
