Hepatitis b surface antigen: hbsAg serum@ cmia result >250.oo IU/ml

Hi, Doc,

I got this test. Hepatitis b surface antigen: hbsAg serum@ cmia result >250.00 IU/ml.

Hepatitis b surface antigen( Elisa) is negative
HIV Antibody l & ll (Elisa) is negative.

Please let me know what does it mean.

you have to take full tests, check all posts to get educated on this, most hbvers need no therapy

the test is made wrong without dilution to know the hbsag quantity, you may ask for a refund since it is a fraud if you required hbsag quantitative

the only info is that you have hbv infection which can be chronic from birth as for all chronic hbv carriers (only 3% of adults dont clear) or acute.

the tests hbcab igm can tell you what it is: if positive acute, if ngative chronic
