How can i manage the Hep B antigen lower down to normal range?

hi!  I just wanna know how to lower if not to eradicate the Hep B virus at least in a normal or acceptable range. I am puzzled how did  the virus went up, where in fact i had 3 shots of vaccines when I was studying. But before that, I underwent HBsAg screening and the result revealed nonreactive so they suggested the vaccine as prophylaxis, which I did. after 4 years, when I was about to work, they require me to have HBsAg screening again, the result was reactive HBsAb nonreactive. I had hep profile all are nonreactive except the Hep B. Liver enzymes are all in normal range. i discovered that in the family, almost all of us have it. after 6 months i had test again; hep profile, all are nonreactive. they say that Im a healthy carrier. My worry is, will the virus goes up again? how can can i get rid of it? I want to work abroad. Do i still have a chance to work abroad? i want help me and my family... I want to give hope to my family. pls help me. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
