Indication for my lab's results

iv just got my results as below:
HBsAG : positive
Anti-HBs : Negative
Anti-HBc :positive
HBV-DNA(PCR): positive
Also my SGOT(AST) is 40 & SGPT(ALT) is 62
My Question is that what treatments should i consider for this status?

gilead has had a trial without prior use on nucs, so directly interferon+tenofovir 48weeks with hbsag loss in 26%, so results were weaker wthout hbvdna undtetactable prior to interferon start

the big trials, >1000 patients, will start 2012 so you will have final results and probably higher percentages by 2013-2014

guy on etv 3 years and then etv+interferon
hbsag 7800iu/ml after interferon add-on 48weeks 30iu/ml, when hbsag is at this low level hbsag is almost 100% certain

data is all here, the result of 40% clearance by 48weeks was on weaker nucs than tenofovir so it is even possible to get higher than 40%

would u mind if you explain more about interferon & tenofovir therapy? i couldnt get you

making hbvdna by tenofovir for about 1-2 years and then add-on of interferon clears hbv.
40% clear hbsag in 48weeks and the rest gets it very low so they will continue to clear until 96week of combo tdf+interferon

my guess is almost 100% can go on to clear hbv by continuous tenofovir therapy and periodic add on of interferon 96weeks, i mean if there is no response in 96weeks of this combo tdf must be kept and interferon can be retried many times during the years

Allright thnx for your asist but unfortunately this was the best place that could have been tested in our country,and we see that it has no quantity,but generally is there any pills or something to reduce the quantity to negative? or to the lowest measure? im not professional in medic so i need these informations to know about my disease.

all useless tests

cronic hbv infections need quantitative antigenes, especially hbsag in iu/ml and hbvdna in iu/ml

fibroscan is essential to see liver damage, no other test except biopsy can see it.without these tests it is useless to consider and treatment or making blood tests, hbv patients can t be monitored unless those tests are performed, all other tests are useless without these ones
