LOSING HOPE with HBV!!

Day by day I feel like I'm losing hope with the fight against this disease!  Although I recently got what is supposed to be good results which were HBV DNA Undetectable, but I feel like my outward physical appearance is continuously getting worse....I'm constantly getting what looks like rashes and my sclera appears muddy brown giving me a tired appearance. I'm looking very sick and I don't know what to do!!! HELP!!!

From what I've been reading, undetectable HBV DNA means no progression in fibrosis (in majority) but you should still occasionally, at least once a year, check AFP and have an ultrasound done every six months. A very small risk of developing cancer still exists.

As for me, I stopped taking milk thistle and phospatidyl choline when I reluctantly started viral treatment with entecavir. Reluctantly, because I never wanted to go on viral treatment.

But I continued to take Vit D3, B-complex and Vit C; eating lots of fruits and vegetables; drinking water squeezed with fresh lemon 3X a day (if you google-search home remedies for cirrhosis), drinking lemon water 3X a day will help, as well as drinking freshly-squeezed orange juice 2X a day on an empty stomach. Also, try whole grains and whole wheat bread instead of white bread; brown and red rice instead of white rice. More fish, esp salmon (which is a very good source of Vit D than red meat since red meat is harder to digest and our liver will have an extra job to do (in my opinion); fortified cereals like oatmeal and raisin bran; eggs; mushrooms esp the shiitake kind, fish oil (cod liver oil). And I exercise (on your feet) too.

Thanks for the comments all -
I have been leading a pretty healthy lifestyle as far as diet...However I did have pizza a few weeks ago. Could that have been causing the skin break outs(folliculitis - only treatment that has worked in bump stopper for the whole face), the dark red/brown sclera? My skin tone however seems to be returning back normal since it was pale/yellowish tinge for some time.

The ribcage slight pain still surfaces from time to time. As people clear the HBV virus or develop Antibodies do they first experience ill health while they are getting rid of the virus or do they experience regression of ill health appearance?

Also what supplements should I be taking? Antioxidants? I have been taking Selenium, Milk Thistle, Beta Carotene. I have heard about the Glutathione, Protamdim and Cod Liver oil.

no withhbvdna und fibrosis cannot develop from hbv, but if life style is unhealthy many other things can make fibrosis, so just follow a healthy diet and some exsercise and even a cirrhosis can be regressed

Undetectable HBVDNA doesnt mean you are cleared of the virus, if HBsAG NON REACTIVE thats the time you are cleared of Hepa B

Thanks for your comments guys - very much appreciated.

@ Babylove0728...Undetectable doesnt mean that the virus is no longer there, if my research is correct the virus still resides in my system as long as I still have the HBSAG + antigen and HBSAB -. Thus  although I'm HBV DNA undetectable fibrosis may still be taking place....I hope I'm wrong though and that I can regain my healthy and a healthy outward appearance.

Knowing that you are undetectable means there are no Hep B virus in your blood, so no more virus to damage your liver. Your liver might have been infected before your treatment, but now being undetectable, try to live healthy and give your liver a chance to heal.
Good luck!
