Liver Atrophy in Chronic Hepatitis B

Hello everyone,

I have chronic hepatitis B and I have been doing regular blood tests for the past 10 years. My latest ultrasound says there is left lobe atrophy and rest of the liver is normal size and shape. The nurse who saw me said this means my liver has shrunk.
It has made me very worried. Does this mean I have liver cirhosis?

In the last few blood tests my Alt is in 39-41  and viral load has been in the range of 2000-8000. I did fibroscan about 2 years ago it should 5.3kpa.

Do I have liver cirhosis or fibrosis? Can this be reversed? My doctors are useless in UK they have booked me another appointment in 6 months time. I am not on medication.
Thank you
