Muscle and joint pain

Hi community,
I've now been suffering from non-stop whole body muscle and joint-pain that is getting worse as time goes by. The muscle pain is similar to what one feels after hard periods of training, but i don't train hard, and the joint pain is felt mostly when i move the joints. The muscle pain is more pronounced at the lower legs, especially back of my lower legs. In addition to this i feel some minute shivering on the muscles, esp. my legs which gets worse when i do some easy physical work.
I've read everywhere that muscle and joint-pains are typical of people with chronic hepatitis b with symptoms. Does the fact that i've these symptoms warrant a treatment for my hbv, though the doctors say i don't need treatment yet? And would these symptoms get better or disappear when i begin to treat my hbv? I really want to hear from someone in a similar situation like me, thanks.
I await for your opinions on this issue, because i really don't know how to deal with this.

Hi Liverpatient,

I also have the muscle pain. When I took Vitamin d supplement, I was feeling better. I had stopped the supplements for last 6 months, level came down to 20 ng/ml. I will have to start taking the supplements again.Make Sure that the level is around 100 ng/ml to feel better!! It's just my opinion.i

Hi Ram1982, and flyinsky, thanks for your advices:-) the last time i checked my vit. d3, ca. a year ago, it was about 80nmol/L which is quite within the range and ok. And despite being ok with vit.d3, i have been supplementing with almost 10000iu d3 everyday the last year. I would be surprised if they find my levels to be low this time; i just hope it is the vit d3 which is the cause of my muscle, and joint aches, something that could be handled by icreasing the supplements.

Hi Kaatot, thanks for replying; my vitamin D level was below normal two years ago, but later on it increased to normal levels. I've also been taking more vit.D3 supplements to back up my levels. Calsium was also within the recommended range, but i'm not sure about the rest you've listed. So i'll retest again to see if any marked change.
