My fibroscan result ..

Today i did fibroscan for first time in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as i didnt find fibroscan in united states in the state that i live.

The result is 2.3 kpa = F0

Just to remeber my hepatitis b markers (July 2011)
HBsAg   Positive
HBsAb   Positive
HBeAg   Negative
HBeAb   Positive
HBVDNA   1200 iu/ml (it was 5000 iu/ml in May 2011)
Ultrasound: everything is ok.

Do you reommend to start medication by Baracluid?


I have another question: is there any differences between Viread and Generic Viread(tenfir)?

What is the recommended dose of Alinia per day?

Can i use it as momotherapy? With Milk Thistle, Ginseng and Vitamin d?

of course diet, vitamin d supplements if it is lower than 50ng/ml are a must

definitely no nucs thay might lower your immune response and no effect on virus

the best test is follow hbsag quantitative and hbsab quantitative...i guess your hbsag is not high and you have immune control of infection and slowly clearing.if hbsag is going down i d not use any drug, if hbsag is steady i'd consider interferon and alinia combo:
