Need Help who can read my RESULT

Hepatitis B Surface (HBSag) -reactive
Hep B Surface Antigen (HBsAg)- Non-reactive
Hep B Surface Antibody (Anti-HBs)- Non-reactive
Hep B Envelope Antigen (HbeAg) - 6.2 Positive
SGPT-/ALT 34.00/ IU/L

ULTRASOUND RESULT:

-Liver is normal in size and the outline is smooth.The liver parechyma shows a normal echopattern.No focal masses seen.The intrahepatic ducts are not dilated.

-What does these all means? pls help anybody who can response here I'll appreciate your answer.I am so worried when i found out i get reactive and no idea where i got it :((

When this result for Hepatitis B surface Antigen (HBsAg) - NON REACTIVE does it means? it's negative? why my HbeAg result positive? I'll ask my doctor about those test later but aside for waiting a week I don't know where to find help than here.~thank u

i am afraid you are in a country with old useless machines and doctors for hbv, make sure to find a lab with this machine, abbott architect, then test the following

hbsag
hbsab
hbcab
hbvdna pcr

And yea you were right it's so expensive to get HbeAg test that's what my doctor prescribe and the SGPT test too...

Thank you so much for the quick response, What do u mean by an cleared hbv? and I'll get hbv vaccine? It's that mean I am cleared with the Virus? I'm stressed when i found HbeAg positive :( it means I'm contiguous right? Thank u again very appreciated.

that you had an cleared hbv and lost hbsab antibody which is not the most important immunity antibody to clear hbv

just check hbcab and make hbv vaccine if you want to boost hbsab again, dont waste money on hbeag tests
