Need clarification...

I have tested hep b... After 74 days  exposure hbsag, anti hbcab, hbeag non reactive... Hbsab positive with value 11.2..i am on hep b vaccination 2 doses completed after 1 month have taken this test my immune level now is 11.2...
1)Am I free from hep b?
2) I have tested anti hcv as well 74 the day after exposure came back non reactive... Is this conclusive? Shall I move on? Please kindly reply
