Black seeds – I grinded and made it powder and take one spoon mix with yogurt.
Milk thistle – In capsule – Brand: Solgar, USA
My diet habits:
I stopped completely non-veg.
Morning: normal breakfast (less Oil) with fruit salad.
Lunch: without rice and with heavy veg salad topped with olive oil.
Dinner: chapatti.
Only weekends (one day) take rice lunch & dinner.
In all above I take more Garlic, Curry leaves & Coriander leaves.
In between the meals take supplements: black seed powder (once) & Milk thistle capsule (twice),
2 coffees in a day, min 2.5 ltrs water a day.
I made my own menu which suits me after reading experiences wrote in the net by many people. Please note this is only a food supplements to support your immune system & Liver function.
For medication you should take the advice of Stef & Stephen in this forum.
If you are in Chennai the best is Apollo Hospital.
Black seed and milkthistle in capsule form? Which brand? What is your diet habits?Do you test fibroscan? If so,name of the hospital which takes this scan
Not really. Here we do suggest all patients test their Vitamin D level, if deficient, they should spend more time under sun or take supplement. Regular exercise, plenty of fruit and vegetable, no smoking, no drinking and maintain a healthy weight - anything so that you can live to be 100.
Cheers.
Thanks for the clarification.
I have done Liver test (package) and the result was 'Normal" and all the readings were within the range.
Really I don't know for how long it is in my body and can you suggest any diet control I should follow?
Because of your very low serum HBsAg and hbvdna, you seem to be in the inactive (immune control) phase and treatment is usually not required. You may like to have a Fibroscan just to make sure your liver is in a good state since we don't know for how long you have the disease.
Your serum HBsAg and hbvdna are also declining, so you may be on the verge of clearing the infection on your own. So do test again in a few months time and it may bring good news.
BTW, I am very impressed with your hbvnda assay in your country as it is quite sensitive and the ready availability of HBsAg quantitative test.
can somebody respond please....
