Make sure you know her status and yours of HBsAg, HBsAB, HBeAg, HBeAB, ALT, AST, DNA.  Then you know better what to do.

let me answer your first question

" The Doctors Says During pregrency many womens got this virus. Is it True? "
no it isnt true. this virus is transmitted under different but certain circumistances. pregnancy isnt one of them..she must have had hepB all along . you and her just did not know..

now, did you test yourself for hepB too ? are you immune ? you know this virus is also trasmitted through unprotected sex so if you know you have not been vaccinated then i would suggest you test yourself and see if you have it or not. also test your baby please to make sure she or he is safe now

the test results you listed arent enough to determine if she is inactive or not.. in fact what you post is only what is called a liver panel and her ALT and AST seems elevated.. she is one and half time ( 1 1/2)  above the norm and that needs immediate attention to find out if that relates to her pregnancy or is it the virus.

for better understanding of her situation, her doctor needs to run what is called a hepB profile . what she needs to test for is : hbsag, hbsab, bheag, hbcab and also a DNA quant.
then and only then you would be able to tell if she is active or not active.

as for her current pregnancy, her doctor needs to be aware of her status and make sure the new born baby gets the HepB vaccine within the first two hours after birth or else there maybe a chance he/she too might get it from the mother.. im sure her doctor understands that but just to make sure all is safe for the new baby. i dont know the procedures in pakistan and health system the follow. her in american it is mandatory to vaccinate new borns within the first two hours after they are born. every country is different

good luck
