you have to go back to the lab and ask for correct testing with blood sample dilution to make the hbsag quantitative

abbott architect machine is about from 2000, first kits for hbsag quantification could count hbsag until 250iu/ml, which is a low value when hbv is getting cleared.all patients have higher values so blood sample must be diluted manually to get the values

since 2010 architect have a new kit with automatic dilution.roches elecsys machine has automatic dilution too

so they made a fraud if you required hbsag quant and result was >250iu/ml

you need to test for hbsg quantitative in iu/ml which is available in asia and europe but not available in some countries like yours.if you dont find any lab with abbott architect or elecsys roches for hbsag quant in iu/ml consider shipping blood samples for testing to india labs or european labs or if you can travel go and have the test

if hbsag is less than 1000iu/ml you can clear hbv by peginterferon with very high chances or if you start tenofovir for about a year and then add pegintf clearance reaches 91%

for hbsag higher than 1000iu/ml chances to clear by pegintf are from 10 to 30% since you have a low hbvdna
