Please clarify my results for hep b

I have taken hep b vaccination first one after 10days of exposure second after 44 days of exposure.. After one month of second vaccination taken hepatitis b test
Hbsag - nonreactive
Anti hbcab - negative
Anti hbeag — negative
Anti hbsab - positive with 11.2 ml/u means I am I cleared n protected against hepatitis b? Still do I need to do test...please respond my thread thanks in advance..... I am getting upper back pain shoulder blades pain especially left shoulder blade more... Hand palm wrist veins are paining, fingers too... Also foot pain toe fingers n veins pain,pale yellow urine.. please respond these symptoms belongs to hep b or hep c

Ok u r safe. No need for any further tests. Just take ur 3rd vaccine on time
