High ALT level?

I just had A miscarriage and blood test showed elevated enzymes. Alt 40 (0-32 normal) and ast 26 (0-40 normal). I found out I had hep B with my first child 10 years ago but was always undetectable. Alt usually at 12 and ast 13. I have been stressed and eating unhealthy foods. We just ran more blood work and I'm so nervous to see results. Will see specialist next week. Has anyone had this or similar experience?
