Please interpret Creatinine Clearence

My recent results are:
Serum Creatinine  --- 0.8 mg/dl ( Normal 0.9 - 1.3 )
Creatinine Clearence --- 96 ml/min ( Normal 97-137 )
Surface Area ---- 1.60 m2
Urine Creatinine --- 1.0 gm/24HR  ----- ( Normal 0.8-2.0 )

Weight --- 50 kg
Height --- 174 CM

Please advice stef....

retest then although 96 is ok too and drink at least 1.5liter of water

it is creatinine clearance to be strange, is it done by 24hrs urine collection?did you follow instructions and start-end time very very carefully?it would be best to retest it being very careful with instructions and keeping container in the fridge.

Yes Stef, it's 24hrs Urine Collection and they give me procedure which i followed. After i woke up did final sample and handover to them. Report timing was after 5 hours of sample collection. They did n't put container in fridge but actually it was the Lab collection point after 2 hours sample transported to actual lab. Don't know how they do. I will try to submit next sample on same lab directly. So that they can test it instantly.

By the way i am on 6000 iu Vit D3 since year , but since 3,4 days have some diarhea, and pain below abdomen. It's also mentioned in reports that DE-hidration also effects on results. I feel thirsty most of the time. Because of my tough work i used to forget drinking water.

How much liposomal curcumin, resveratrol, vit c and glutathione ?

you can improve creatinine clearance, if it is really low after rechecking, by liposomal curcumin, resveratrol, vit c and glutathione

epa+dha 2g daily from fish oil, coq10, 1 tea spoon of baking soda daily
