Hep B infection. Need answers!

I had been having mild stomach pains and mild bloating it felt like in all quadrents of my abdominal, about 3 weeks after possible exposure( sexual intercourse with female unprotected). After doing research the only thing that could explain my symptoms was hepatits, so I went and got a blood test done. It was confirmed that I have hepatitis b... The doctor didnt really explain what I was to do.

I am extremely scared about my situation, I have been reading on the internet that it is possible for you're body to clear this virus on its own after a few weeks, or it developes into chronic infection. My questions..

Is it true I can clear it?

Is there any medication I should be taking right now? Im about 1 month post infection still having stomach pains.

Can I transmit this to someone who Has a vaccine for it?

Thanks for any responses..

Thank you for responding back. I feel I have a pretty good immune system, I never get sick, and have no health problems. The doctor did not give me any values back, just told me I have it.

What should I be doing right now trying to pass this? Im eating really healthy.

So my chances are really high to pass this? I still have mild symptoms

Im pretty sure it is not chronic, I get routine std checks after each sexual encounter and never tested positive. Whats the normal time frame it should take to clear? Thanks for your help, really nervous about this.

by the way only about 4% adults have damaged immuen systems and develop chronic hbv as adults,
this percentage is also not precise because adults with chronic hbv are so rare that it was not possible to make real big studies on this

so just take care of your immune system, get vit d3 and eat fresh organi food only

if your immune system works you lll clear 100%  if you dont have immune disfunction/aids (very common even if most dont know) which is not due to hiv but to malnutrition (food not organic is full of chemicals that damges immune system), drugs, chemicals/polutants, bad sleep habits, pregnancy

so it is all a matter of immune system that works or damaged

hbv gets chronic only at birth in 96% cases

by the way did you check hbcab igm?if negative you have hbv from birth, not acquired now.hbv has no symptoms only very few acute cases have symtoms while chronic carriers have no symptoms, just feeling tired from time to time
