Best way to lower creatinine

the most backed up by trials are baking soda with lemon which makes ph in the body towards alkaline, this is one of the heaviest tasks of the kidneys so when you make your body balanced already (meat and all processed foods make body acidic, sweet drinks above all) kidneys have much much less to work

you can buy strips to measure urine ph and keep it balance around 7.5, this also prevents cancer probably close to 100% because cancer needs acidic body to grow, i found this because of studies on cancer then i found the studies about kidneys.in the trials it was able to put patients with little kidneys function left out of dialisis, same thing coq10 just google for the dose of coq10 for kidneys

nac should have some effect at 1500mg daily but probably only as protection.it prevents kidneys damage from contrast liquids for scans

gcmaf may also have an effect by activating stemcells to repair damaged organs, as i already wrote by the diet regimen, heptech antioxidants, heptech and gcmaf i found cirrhosis regression and also kidneys function improved from creatinine clearance 107 to 144 which is even more function than everage kidneys and serum creatinine from 1.1-1.2mg/dl to about 0.8-0.9

but again if you can throw all the money you like into this without any effort...go for all i have suggested despite the very high costs, otherwise star with baking soda and coq10 which are extremely cheap

also remember that it is best to have creatinine clearance by urine collection in the 24hours to monitor kidneys function, other tests with formulas based on serum creatinine are not precise

My vit D was 48 ng/ml on last check - this is after taking 5,000 IU daily vit D3 supplements.  Prior to supplements, my vit D was 19.

as to vit d just make serum level to about 40ng/ml, not high

baking soda (with some lemon very good)
nac
coq10 (if not radioactive from japan, after fukushima i d not trust japan materials too much)
