Started Tenoforvir past two months after 48 weeks of Pegasys

My HBV DNA did not reduce after 48 weeks of Pegasys last year.  I started TNF two months ago and the result is very positive so far.

Ended Pegasys:
HBV as IU/mL: 4850000
Log10 HBV as IU/mL: 6.7

After two months of TNF:
HBV as IU/mL: 660
Log10 HBV as IU/mL: 2.8

Anyone had a similar experience with TNF?

tenofovir and entecavir work on hbvdna the same in few months the problem is hbvdna undetactable is not hbv virus undetactable, the viru remains in the liver cells until hbsag is detactable

so you have to follow hbsag quantity in iu/ml if you want to see if you are clearing hbv and hbvdna only if you want to reduce liver damage
