First tests reveal Hepetitis B

Hi,

This is my first post.
Today I got many result of test report.

HBsAg +ve
HBeAg -ve
Anti-Hbe Detectedal
hepetitis surface antigen - positive
hepetitis core antibody - positive
B core IgM - Negative
PCR HBV DNA Viral LOAD - 630,000 IU/ML
ALT 25 IU/L (Normal 1-41)
AST 25 IU/L (Normal  1-38)
LFT test Normal
Ultra Sound - Normal
Tumor Markers Alpha fetoprorein - 3 KU/L (0-0.58 Normal)

anti mitochondriyal titre - negative
anti liver microsome type1 - negative
anti smooth muscle antibody titre - negative
parietal cell auto antibody - negative


Doctor told ; low risk for other to get from me and low risk to  get any liver problem in Long term though I am chronic hepetitis carrier. But he have not elaborate more on anything ( monitoring , vaccination , food , Further treatment etc)


Can any one guide me ?

change doctor right away because he said fantasies and he cannot know your status 100% even if ast/alt are normal now, he missed the most important tests to see your status

fibroscan, the only test to monitor and detect liver damage (what did he do not checking this?...fantasies)
hbsag quantity in iu/ml, this tells balance between your immune system and virus, quantity of infected cells n the liver, predict possible clearance of hbv definitively by interferon or low chances of clearing hbv by therapy

you are infectious so get your family members and partners vaccinated
