Supplements to prevent/ slow down fibrosis

Hey there

I have f1 fibrosis (fibroscan 5.4 kpa). I am taking:

EPA&DHA fish oil: 1000 mg/ day right after lunch
VitD: 3000-5000 iu/ day in the morning

I plan to add on blueberry. I can get only frozen ones where I am.

My questions:

1. How much blueberry in grams per day should i take?
2. Am i taking enough Fish oil and vit D daily? If not, what should it be?

I have my routine check up in 10 days time. Will post and share the result.

Thank you.

Thanks stefano

I check the fish oil again. It is only 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA per 2000 mg. Its nothing. I will look for higher concentrate ones.

1. How much blueberry in grams per day should i take?

i use 165mg daily, split lunch and dinner and mix other fruits otherwise gets boaring.i use 165mg because a study found no effect on less for fatty liver

2. Am i taking enough Fish oil and vit D daily? If not, what should it be?

vit d, it all depends on your vitd25oh blood values, the doses are not fixed but depend on deficency.optimum levels are around 80ng/ml

fish oil, check epa and dha content and if fish oil is filtered for pollutnts.the best brand i found is from
http://www.pho.it/schedaProdotto.asp?prodottoID=202

epa 1800mg, and dha 900mg for 5ml dose, most fish oil on the market is fraud because dha and epa are very very low.curative effect is on epa+dha 2-3g daily
