Hi Msd0801, your test results are indicative of a typical immune contol phase of chronic hbv infection. This means you have the virus in your body, but it is almost not replicating and is being kept under control by your immune system. Just take it easy, try to keep a healthy life style by eating healthy and balanced diet, exercise, avoiding smoking, limiting alcohol, etc. You may also need to take vitamin d3 supplements if you live in a place without abundant sun light.
Also in addition to the above tests you've done, you may need to take a fibroscan and ultrasound of your liver, just to check the status of your liver health. This is because sometimes all tests may show normal, but in reallity there may be significant damage done to the liver, especially if the infection has gone over extended period of time/many decades. Therefore a closer look at the liver status through fibroscan and/or biopsy, as well as liver ultrasound is important.
Your doctor has also to put you on a regular monitoring of your hbv infection every six months or every year.
