Ultrasound report and Blood test

Hello,
I am chronic Hep-B carier and my recent ultrasound which was done last week had following results:

The Liver is normal in size and contour, but mildly coarsened. There is no significant biliary dilatation, and the common bile duc measures 0.3cm. The gallblader is free from calculi and sludge. There is no gallblader thickning, pericholecystic fluid or elicited sonographic Murphy's sign.
The kidneys are normal in size and echotexture. There is no hydronephrosis on either side. No shadowing echogen focus is identified to suggest nephrolithiasis.
The spleen is normal in size measureing 9.5cm. The pancreatic body is unremarkable. The head and tail are obscured by overlying bowel gas. There is no ascites. The visualized abdominal aorta is normal in caliber.

My Blood test results:
ALT:- 22
AST: 22
HBV DNA Qty. PCR:- 75,059
Hep-BS Ab - Non-reactive
Hep-BS AG - Reactive
Hep-BE AB - Reactive
Hep-BE AG - Non-reactive

I have not yet started any medicines and my doc has suggested me to take Tenofovir 300mg (Viread). Any advices on my report.
