if ur skin is yellow then ur eyes cant be normal. hypebilirubunemia ie. excess of bilirubin ie. jaundice first of all manifests in the sclera(eye white portion) then elsewhere. Yellowing of urine does not necesarily indicate jaundice. It is a common physiological activity at most instances.
All u need to do is a simple test of liver function ie. LFT. this will clearly state whats ur position of liver and health.
Eye colour is naturally yellowish in some individuals with normal blood reports.

Hi I don't know where you are from but you need to see a doctor.  Is your urine dark as well?  Yellow skin indicates that your liver is not working well.  One of the least things you could do is drink more water but seriously you need to see a doctor or nurse for your health needs.,  In the mean time cut out alcohol, red meat, processed foods, try to eat veggies and fruits, salads.  Everything you eat drink or put on your body has to be processed by the liver.  Try to give it a break.  I am not a doctor, just someone who cared
Take care of yourself, rest when you are tired, drink water
