acute hepatitis B treatment

hi there, i have one question regarding acute HBV symptoms and acute HBV treatment,
if someone is experiencing acute HBV symptoms ( fever, swollen lymph nodes,,,etc ) and admitted to hospital then if they gave him some injections like pain killers, it will not work with the symptoms, right? or are these symptoms are treatable? i mean the acute stage symptoms

No treatment is allowed on acute hbv because it clears by immune system, there are no symptoms and most are not even aware they have it.few develop severe symptoms needing any painkiller (wgich areheavily toxic to the liver), 1% develop fulminant hepatitis due to excessive unregulated immune response and only these rare cases are treated with immune suppressive drugs with antivirals
