i have seen studies from many years on statin effect on hbsag production and decline effect since hbsag membrane needs cholesterol to be made.
so i have started many month ago a diet with omega3, omega 6 and soia lectin which are all known to lower cholesterol, i also have very low meat in my diet since i don't like it.
ldl in november was about 218 now it is 150, also trigliceridi fell to 65 (it is the low normal range of both) at the same time i have low hbsag quantity.
i do suggest this type of diet because it is well known to be healthy for heart disease and general health, we don't know for sure it lowers hbsag but at least it makes no harm
i have also found this article on casein products and low hbsag quantity expression

although i do like fresh milk i will try to lower milk and chease to minimu and increase fiber vegetables and we will see what is the hbsag in 3-6 motnhs
so i do suggest coffee, green tea, omega 3-6, less milk, low fat/meat diet, high fiber vegetables and fruits
i have stopped soia lectin, green tea, omega 3-6, melatonin for 2-3weeks just to see what happens and if they interfere with etv but now i am starting again beause alt/ast were declining 10units per months after stopping this diet the decline stopped and they started rising even if very little (2-5units), so now i have got back to the old regimen and see if decline starts again (my at range is now 44-30 with the above nutrients it was 40-25 and decline was continuous 10units per month from jan)
