yes, it does.
it is stupid to ask...alchool is poison for healthy people's liver anyway so just imagine what it can be for your liver. An example:
a friend of mine used to drink a bootle of beer or 2 a day, no liver virus at all but got hepatitis with alt at about 60-70....he just got alt to normal when he stopped drinking everyday

Let me be blunt.  It's not a stupid question.  Rather, you are making a stupid decision to drink.  Generally, if you have to ask this question, you should not drink at all since you don't know what's happening.

Most people who understand their disease, understand the relationship between alcohol and their liver, drink in very light moderation will not be asking these type of questions.

In a nutshell, your ALT should be in the 20's, the virus is killing your liver cells, elevating your ALT to the 50's.  You wants drink 480ml to help kill even more liver cells, probably pushing the ALT into the hundreds.  The virus doesn't like the alcohol killing its host cells so it tries to adapt and increase viral activities because that's what it does.  Likely increasing DNA, more risk for viral mutations, more risk for liver cancer.  These are the risk, if acceptable to you, then I say, go for it and have a blast.
