fatty changes in liver disappeared due to diet control

Earlier US test showed fatty changes in liver and now it is not there in the current report.  Looks like the diet has done the trick.

Request all the boarders to take your diet seriously in order to minimize the toxicity

Thanks that you are sharing your diet.

Regarding stef2011 diet I think that you refer to this http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Hepatitis-B/update-on-my-fatty-liver/show/1500346

I just try to keep all related information in same place and thi is why I put a link to the other discussion. also
maybe @stef2011 will share a improve description of the diet and separate supliments from diet.

I have already posted about the siddha medications that i am taking and the doctor's name and the clinic name.

My diet:

(1) No meat/meat products, no egg
(2) No milk/ milk products except for buttermilk
(3) No wheat or wheat products
(4) No oil except small amount of gingelly oil and coconut oil when it is absolutely necessary
(5) No fried items/ fast food/junk food or foods using preservatives
(6) add turmeric(curcumin), jeera, ginger, garlic, spinach as much as possible in your food - I am taking the juice of small onion(5-6 numbers), turmeric (1-2 grams), ginger(5-10 gms), garlic(30-40 gms) and Jeera daily (5 gms).  You need to boil all the contents in 100 ml of water for 5 minutes and then prepare the juice in a mixer
(7) Green tea without adding sugar
(8) NO TO SUGAR.  NO TO SWEETS
(9) you can use palm sugar (panai kalkandu)
(10) Take amla for vitamin c and sunbath for 30 mins for Vit D.  these vitamins are very important for us.  I am also planning to take Vit D (10000 iu a day.  Just got it)
(11) Take a lot of fruits - my favorite is papaya/pomengranate and also taking blueberry juice
(12) Eat vegetables (I am avoiding carrot, beetroot, potato, raw banana) which are having a lot of water content.  Reduce your rice intake and instead eat vegetables.  if you are overweight then your weight will come down.  Maintaining BMI (body mass index) of 20-21 will be very good for us
(13) Take adequate rest daily.  At least 8 hrs sleep will do very good
(14) during recent visit, doctor told me that i can eat fish 100 gms a week ( but i am yet to take fish)
(15) also taking silymarin 140 mg twice a day (morning and night after food)
(16) You can use pure honey in your food as well

You can also look at Stef's diet which he used to regress cirrohsis along with heptech products

- reduce salt - because ...
- add blueberry - because ...

also a separate chapter is supliments (if any) something like:
- Vitamin C - because my level was ... and i take daily to go in a regular levels .....
- Vitamin B - becuse ...

If I remember correct you are also under some siddha medications and I suppose that are also some natural supliments (maybe an update on the siddha medications post to clear what is siddha medications) ...
