confirmed ucsd has MRE and something else called Acoustic Radiation Forced Impulse which has something to do with ultrasound. Read about it on page 2 of this form: http://gastro.ucsd.edu/fatty-liver/research/Documents/InfrmdConsnt_2011_12_6_C1.pdf
It is said that UCSD - San Diego has an MRE machine. Which is same thing but only MRI based. But I was not able to confirm it.
