no, acute hbv has not resolved yet, just check hbsab quantity from time to time, when it will be higher than 10miu/ml with hbsag negative it will be resolved
thanks stef..hbsag was non-reactive for my wife.. i have another question..am i immune for the virus as per below results? anti-hbe (CMIA) = 0.02 mIU/ml (reactive)
anti-hbc total (CMIA) = 12.25 mIU/ml (reactive)
anti-hbc igm (CMIA) = 1.16 mlU/ml (reactive)
what does the above results mean? i do appreciate all of ur advise..
yes do it as soon as possible, i dont see hbsag in the reports but since hbcab is non reactive and all the rest non reactive she never got in contact with the virus
thanks for your advise stef..it really do help..by the my wife just got the lab result..blood results is as follows....hbsag w/ titer (CMIA) = non-reactive
hbeag (CMIA) = non-reactive
anti-hbs (CMIA) = non-reactive
anti-hbe (CMIA) = non- reactive
anti-hbc total (CMIA) = non-reactive
anti-hbc igm (CMIA) = non-reactive
is it ok if i let her have vaccine for hep b? thanks a lot..
you have acute hbv and are about to clear, just take a lot of rest, fresh fruit, little meat, you can take vit d3 if you like
