On 16/01/2015 My hbsag value was 432.23 iu/ml  as compared to my new report my value is 461.86 iu/ml which I did on 29/03/215. My doc said am acute . He gave me some vitamins to take.but I have seen my hbsag have increased by the difference of 29.63 iu/ml . I have symptoms to abdominal pain at my right side under my rib cage I think that one is ok now . Am now having body itching  it does not last for long.is it because am experience this symptoms that is why the value has increased.I did lever function test too my alt is 38 iu/ML Cut of is  40.   Ast is 40 iu/ml

As I red, if person has no cirrosis physical activity is advised with hbv.

no take vitamin d3 with extra virgin olive oil like healty origins or nowfoods.when you will have good levels of vit d all the calcium will be absorbed from foods and the one fro supplements may turn toxic and is not needed at all

i dont know if 10mg of calcium is a lot (maybe it is not much), in our diets we already get too much so if possible change it

that s enough if you checked your vitd25oh baseline and it was not severely deficient like less than 10-20ng/ml.in that case it will not rise much and will take months

best thing is take 10.000iu and recheck vitd25oh by 1 month, you may take 2 pills per day, 8000iu, be sure there s no calcium among supplements you are taking

My hbv DNA copies is 1042 cp/ml. And hbv viral  is179 iu /ml  with this results with your experience how long will it take. My LFT is in normal range

I was given vitamin d3  4000iu daily is it enough or I should find 5000 to 10000 iu ?

the vitamins that can help are vitamin d3 but dose of 5000-10.000iu daily, less it is useless and vitamin c in liposomes.they just help the process but the time to clear hbsag can be as long as 12 months anywya

acute hbv is cleared anyway, there are even cases clearing acute hbv suppressing immune system with cortisone.vitamins can only help the natural process of clearing hbsag which takes usually about 6 months but can take also 12months

Lastly what is peginterferon ?

immune modulator to clear hbv but cannot be used on acute because it clears itslef by 12 months

The doctor told me he given me the vitamins to boost my immune system to clear the virus and with this I don't need any treatment now.that time my hbsag was 432.23 iu/ml but now is 461.86iu/ml  I understand there is  an error or there is no difference. nothing has changed the machines can have an error of 10% and more if dilution is manual
if not manual lecsys should be possible 3-5% error

hbsag can be lowered only responding to peginterferon, not vitamins
