hbsag

what is the reason that sometimes the PCR for hbvdna is zero and the hbsag is positive by ELISA  and is the explanation from lab perspective thank you.

hbvdna undetactable means ultra low replication. due to low replication liver damage likely low or nil.

0iu/ml. is this for hbsag or hbvdna?

As per my report its 0iu/ml and undetected.So what would that mean?

If  your hbsag is positive, your hbvdna is not "zero".  It's likely, "UND" meaning undetected by the current lab assay.
