you are what they call inactive carrier.....
the inactive carrier state needs hbsag to be less than 500iu/ml if genotype d and much lower on genotypes b and C.india is almost 100% D.check hbsag quantity and if result is less than 1500iu/ml you may clear hbv with interferon+simvastatin+vit d3+alinia (nizonide500)
if hbsag is high the chances to clear are almost zero so it is better to wait and monitor liver damage by fibroscan, hbvdna has very little meaning if normal alt/ast and no liver damage by fibroscan
your HBVDNA vrial load is only 62 IU/ml, that simply means that the virus isnt replicating much and you're immune system is currently containing the situation. also, your SGPT seems normal, you are what they call inactive carrier, though you can still infect others.
Please check for your HBSAG quantitative (in iu/ml). If it is significant then probably you need to me on treatment
