hbvdna 1059 iu ml

After 7 mos of stopping telbivudine my hbvdna increases ftom undetected to 1959 iu. Can someone suggest me what to do.ty

kindly urgent clarification

sgpt 80 sgot 155, hbv dna 18600 iu/ml started treatment one month back with tenofovir 300mg one tablet daily but now i had dengue fever where my sgpt raised to 230 and sgot to 330  but dr told . as  nothing to worry this is happened  due to dengue fever and continue the treatment with tenofoivir  in this regard kindly clarify.

no because it shares resistance with telbivudine, the only safe choice is tenofovir (tdf), most potent, no resistance of any type and cheaper

Before starting telbivudine my hbvdna was 6000 iu. I took the medication for 11 mos then stop for 7 mos. Last yesr  my gibroscsn was 3.5kpa. Sgpt 23

ALT < 19 iu/l for female.

hbvdna < 2000 iu/ml is considered to be low. May I suggest that before resuming treatment:
1. check your quantitative HBsAg to see whether you can be considered "inactive";
2. Monitor your ALT monthly for the next few months to see whether it is < 30 iu/l consistently;
3. Do a fibroscan.

Can I start entacavir?

you houldnt stop it ,you may have resitance
if we start antiviral we shouldn t stop them for life till there will be a clear of hbsag

That is normal with oral antiviral, mined also jump from undetected to 598 iu/ml in one year after stopping lamivudine. my baseline viral load  was around 11000, six months of lamivudine it came to undetected.
