help me please

hello to all
7 month ago i discovered that i have hepatitis B ,i did PCR test and the result was  ( more than 1 E 8 copies /ml) and HB  e Antigen  was 70.06 h
at that time my doctor did not give me any medicine , three month ago i did PCR again and the result was (3 E 5)
and ALT (sgpt) result was 109.4 and HBsAG result was positive(3186).
i don't  feel pain any where ,some days my urine is yellow color specially when i get up ,and some days it is natural.
please if any one can tell me what all these test means .and what i have to do
should i do PCR again

Have you been tested for IgM anti-HBc? If you test positive, you would be acutely infected. No medicines required. If you test negative, you need to go on medication ASAP.
