hepatic steatosis, how bad?

I just went for follow up ultrasound after last year ultrasound finding on likely early cirrhosis with NASH, liver appeared to be nodular.

normally if it is a medical emergency, my Dr. would call me right away, but so far i have not hear any call, i hope no news is good news, and i will meet the Dr in two months.

here is the study result of ultrasound from a few days ago
Impression, Hepatic steatosis.
finding
liver:
normal size and echotexture.
Increased echogenicity
Area of focal fatty sparing are seen.
No masses
Smooth surface of the liver.

Bile Ducts, Gallbladder, spleen, left and right kidney, Upper IVC and Aorta are grossly within normal limits.
UQ Ascites: NONE
both kidneys show no dydronephrosis, 11 to 12cm in length.
Bile Ducts: no intrahepatic or extrahepatic billary ductal dialation. 4mm

i only lost about 3 to 4 lbs since last year, but has been eating less meat and more vegetable,  and trying to walk an hour on treadmill daily.

compare to last year ultrasound and now is it heading for worst or better?

is fatty liver reversible?  any other recommendation to improve the situation here?
