hepatitis B

I am having HBsAg positive since last 2 years,but HBeAg is negative.so how to make HBsAg negative and what r ill effects?

Thank you for your info, in my case I just did Liver bio and the result was f1 (minimal damage) however, my HB/DNA was 500,000 IU 2 years ago now down to 118,000 IU. with out any medication. but now the doctor just gave me 30 Viaread to help the situation, we shall see with in the next 30 days.

having a negative hbeag means probably that you also have anti-hbe...it means that you have the virus in your blood but there is less inflammation going on in your liver..less inflammation means less virus replication and also means that you are less infectious..We have the same status..have your liver function tests and hbv dna to know the extent of your condition...good luck with your health
