good news from latest tests, the problem is not liver (albumin is 5 and all other function parameters even better than average healthy liver) but ciclosporine toxicity on kidneys, just a little bun over normal but creatinine normal, same for cholesterol and sugars a little over normal range.
i think some fibroguard, some baking soda and diet changes to lose some weight might easily work
Regarding it's use after liver transplant, there are of course no real data available and due to the delicacy of that situation it is normally a hands off for anything that was not ordered by the transplant specialist.
Putting fibroguard in a cocoa drink should create no problems.
Regarding the products other than fibroguard, they will not counteract each other and all exist for a reason towards liver and fibrosis protection.
thank you very much for your inputs
as a prevention regimen fibrogurad, heptoshield and heptoboost are all suggested or there are substances which can boost immune system towards rejection in the other products?or maybe just get alpha lipoic acid and silimarin single products added to fibroguard?
is it possible to put fibroguard content in a cocoa drink?i also suggested organic cocoa with no sugar or other substances added during meals as a prevention for circulation/blood vessel damage
I think that the smart combo of liver protective substances particularly in the fibroguard will be substantially protective against the slow accumulation of immune mediated liver damage.
The extent to which they can protect against cyclosporine toxicity is unclear, my guess would be that it is protective in this context as well, as NFKappaB and other inflammatory damage response pathwaus are mitigated.
i see there are many advances on liver regeneration and new techniques to avoid transplants/repair liver transplanted or not maybe available by few years
do you think the use of heptech supplements may help to keep liver and kidneys safe from ciclosporine toxicity?or very low chronic immune damage (i guess some chronic extremely mild damage is made by immune system over decades)?
i have read few studies on combo ciclosporine curcumin, resveratrol and so on and although they are small studies and poor power it looks like these supplements are able to potentiate ciclosporine effect on immune system by lowering inflammation
do you think they are safe and might be clever to use them at first signs of liver/kidneys damage?
