HEPATOBILLIARY TREE:
The liver is not enlarge.
It has smooth borders.
It has a normal parenchymal echogenicity
No focal mass lessions are seen.



The intrahepatic ducts and common bile duct (3.2 mm) are not dilated. The portal veiri
(0.06 cm ), inferior vena cava, and the hepatic veins are unremarkable.

The gallbladder is adequately distended.
Its wall is not thickened.
No intraluminal echoes are seen.

IMPRESSION:
NORMAL ULTRASOUND OF THE LIVER AND GALLBLADDER.

Its still the same. You don't have Hepatitis of any kind.
I don't know why are unfit for abroad. Did they say that reason for your unfit status is Hepatitis? You should get second opinion or rather retest.

sorry i didn t notice this, which is obviously hbsab and i thought it was hbcab

your immunity is ok at hbsab 21miu/ml since you never had hbv, no need of vaccine

Since hbcab nonreactive and antihbs reactive you have imunity by vaccination, but your immunity is very low because vaccination was done long ago. You need get vaccine shot and after a few weeks to check hbsab quantlty.

you probably had hbv and clear long time ago, who ordered tests in such a messy and ignorant way?

you need to check hbsab
repeat: hbcab igg
repeat hbsag by abbott architect or roches elecsys, many other machines still around in US, UK, Philipines are obsolete and don t detect all hbsag types giving false negative

It clearly shows na wala kang Hepa. =)
at you have the anti body for it but with low number so you can use booster para tumaas antibody mo. Just consult a doctor. ^_^
