my liver ultrasound result

today i get ultrasound report fo my liver, it was mentioned in the report:
The liver is seen of average size with mild bright parenchymal echogenicity, no focal lesion or biliary radical dilatation.
.....
....
....
Conclusion: Diffuse hepatic parenchymal disease.
iam hbv carrier with hbvdna around 2000 iu/ml, hbeag nonreactive, alt: 30,
unfortunately hbsag quantive in abbot archetict in iu/ml is not available in all labs and hospital in saudi arabia, even the lab technicans and doctors dont know it ..
last fibroscan: aug 2011 was 2.3 kpa
please your advise ..

you have fatty liver, see vitamins and diet changes to resolve this fast.

vit d deficency is the main thing to promote fatty liver.

as to the rest liver is ok as long as fibroscan stays below 6kpa

iam starting today using heptech (9 capsules per day) ..

i will check in one ot two months ..

does "mild" mean it is not dangerous, and can be regressed?

it can always regress, just copy my diet in the post "update on my fatty liver"

more important than heptech:
natural vitamin E, a blend of natral vit e (found it on puritans): 800-1200iu daily
vit d3 (natural, not synthetic). 5000-10000iu daily to reach serum levels of d25oh >50ng/ml

bluberries and black rice in the diet, excercise
