peginterferon alfa-2a and tenofovir treatment

i am going on with the treatment with peginterferon alfa-2a and tenofovir and after 12 shots the HBV viral load came down to <20. My doc had to stop the peginterferon alfa-2a due to a lot of side effects. My Question is, now its going to be more then a month since i have not taken PEG. i have a dry Dry throat and unable to sleep properly even after taking sleeping pill and also having gray Phlegm and sometime chest congestion. My respiratory doc say that the Phlegm and chest congestion is due to PEG so i have being prescribe foracort 400 and montair lc for 15 days. My Hepatology doc ask me to do Vit D test. Any help will e nice.

Are you still taking TDF?

Your decision to take PEG should have a knock down effects on HBsAg. Unfortunately you also don't have a baseline HBsAg numbers in iu.

Viral DNA can be knocked down by eating healthy and taking anti-oxidant like green tea, garlic and coconut oil.

Do take a vitamin D test and take at least 5,000 iu of Vit D3 everyday.
