please help me interpret my hepa b profile result

my hepa b was detected in 2010 and until now i am reactive, i had my whole abdomen ultrasound and it says that i have mild fatty infiltration liver,  my hepa b profile is still reactive and increased its value.

hbsAg w/ titer ECLIA METHOD  5,075 with cut off value 1.0 REACTIVE
anti hbs ECLIA METHOD 2.0 with cut off value 10.0 NONREACTIVE
HbeAg ECLIA METHOD 0.098 with cut off value 1.0 NONREACTIVE
Anti hbe  reverse ECLIA METHOD 0.388 with cut of value 1.0 REACTIVE
Anti hbc IgM ECLIA METHOD 0.056 with cut off value 1.0 NONREACTIVE
anti hbc IgG reverse 0.392 with cut off value 0.739 REACTIVE.

Elisa is an obsolite, useless test for chronic hbv carriers.it has no titer and no unit, it does not detect all hbsag types, it is just a fraud to use such machines today

the number you see is not hbsag but the quantity of reagent used in the test, dont waste your money and tell the lab to throw away such old machines for hbsag

hi mam good day. actually kmi nina engr atbp mas familiar sa hi precision results. pero base sa results mo healthy carrier ka pa rin pero mejo mataas na lvl ng hbsag mo. you need to control the lvl of hbsag so as not to trigger the virus to multiply. para mapalagay ka sa next test mag paultra sound ka na din sa liver para malaman if may abnormality same tyo mild fatty liver din ako na mejo mataas na un hbsag count. selenium palang sa ngyn tinetake ko to lower the hbsag count. basta iwasan mo blood contact sa mga anak mo ndi sila mahahawa. un toothbrush dapat nakahiwalay din if possible pwede mu din pa lab test sila ng hbsag count para malaman if need nila ng booster sa hepa vaccine. you may get the contact number or name ng doctor ke engr de la cruz pero pwede ko din ibigay sayo contact nya if need mo. kaya natin macontrol ang hbv mas madali na ngyn kesa nuon. btw nuon ko pa 1997 nlaman carrier ako and ok pa rin ako up to now.

These information is not enough to interpret your situation. In order to interpret, you should write down;

- are you on treatment? If yes, how mont months and what kind of.

- your HBV DNA results, both before and after.

- your HBSAG quantity (in terms of IU/ml)

- you firbroscan result (in terms of kPa) and if available, your biopsy result

- your ALT, AFP
