plz help stef2011and all.....

I was tested positive for hep b with these results:- hbsag 250iu/ml, hbeag positive, core positive....with hbvdna 71 iu/ml..docs said  I dnt need medicine..nw can u all plz tell me that i should stop thinking of marriage anytym in future?  or can I marry ? can vaccinations protect my family , my wife? im very tensed.. are these results something to be really worried of? i dnt drink alcohol neither do i smoke..plz help ..

Dont be hopeless dear.
You can marry with girl but vaccinate her
alll family members should get vaccinated.
Eat healthy think positivaly.

Ive diagnose hepa b positive with 61 mu/l what does it mean?nakakahawa na ba ako?

contact the lab that did hbsag and tell them you need exact number with diluition and not just generic superio to 250iu/ml

check liver damage by fibroscan

after these two we may see if therapy is indicated, actually hbeag positive is the best status responsive to treatment especially low hbvdna and low hbsag, best therapies are:

peginterferon+alinia (with 4-12 weeks pretreatment with alinia) or peg+tdf+alinia

youare ok just need wife and family memebers to get tested and vaccinated if negative

as regards fatty liver it is worst than hbv in many cases so you need to change your diet, food

with grade 1 fatty liver..bt endoscopy was pretty normal..plz clear my doubts regarding marriage and seriousness of my results..

hbvdna 71 iu/ml
Igm,CMIA         0.03
Anti Hbc total ,CMIA    9.85
sgpt 63 U/l
SGOT 41 U/l
