hi brothers, i have a big problem i hope you are going to help me. after one year my hbsag quantity is 470 i dont know if is correct because a year ago was 295. and am taking entecavir. my question is it a big problem for me?

1. Is it Pegasys first then add Entecavir or Entecavir then add Pegasys or Pegasys and Entecavir together? Which one you think is best?

2. Also shouldn't we start with IFN first then if IFN doesn't work then we take Pegasys?

you just wrote a number for hbsag with no unit, be aware in some countries some fake elisa old useless tests are sued and these tests have numbers without a unit and that number means nothing (it is not hbsag but reagent used in the assay), double check if you had hbsag quant in iu/ml by abbott architect

what is your hbvdna pcr, it should be <10iu/ml
