My husband  is hbe positive and result before 3.0 after 6month it becomes 2.0  it means improvement for the health?

please help me ......

hbv doesn t mean illness, the virus can be present with no hepatitis that's why you have to check by fibroscan

how much is fibroscan ? if no liver damage means hes getting better?

if fibroscan says he has moderate/severe liver damage, more than 7kpa, therapy is necessary otherwise no therapy is nneded because there is no damage

therapies only: tenofovir, entecavir or interferon.all others not on guidelines anymore because wrorsen disease, too weak and virus mutations

no hbeag means nothing, he must monitor liver damage by fibroscan, and hbv replication by hbvdna, alt/ast
