please give an advise what should i take steps for future.  I have tested my blood found it is hbsag positive, hbeag negative ( valuge 0.09), anti hb c total antibody ( value 0.011) sgpt valuge 30 what is the mean of my status. what I should take medicine.  Further when my wife checked, she is found hbsag non-reactive.  How it is possible for the past 9 years we have been  participate in sexual intercourse.

you don  tneed any drugs now, of course all food must be fresh and healthy (no meat no fats)

take sun exposure 10-15 min per day if you are in tropical regions or sunny country to have vitamin d 50-60ng/ml, this is the most important for immune system.also vitamin e showed some effect on immune system, all the others have no effect

take 2-4 walnuts per day they will provide about 200-400mcg selenium

check that your cholesterol is always normal/low and wheight and bmi low (23-24 bmi)

all this will not make hbsag negative but will keep you healthy without need of any drug probably

hmmmm just eat natural foods better if it is rich in vitamin c,e,a and zinc... don't forget the vitamin b complex to boost your immune system... avoid fatty foods...
