tenofovir does not increase kidneys tox or bone loss

data presented and posted soem months ago in this forum about tdf kidneys toxicity:
less than 1% of hbv patients had it and probably due to kidneys problems baseline

bone loss not due to tenofovir but common on all hbvers because of universal vit d deficency, vitamin d3>50ng/ml will ensure bone loss protection, fatty liver prevention, liver cancer prevention and liver fibrosis prevention from latest studies presented

entecavir has a higer percentage of patients that regressed cirrhosis but whatever etv or tdf i think that life style and heptech supplements can do much more than single antiviral use

it is the only rescue but this may lower tdf potency by time, mutants will stay in cccdna and in case of liver transplant the presence of these mutants can be a big problem

i think this is a very stupid way to mange hbv, since we do know tdf has no resistace we must start tdf first and then use etv only in the cases of people with kidneys disease or other problems

If a person take entecavir & develop resistance, is it ok to take tdf later ?
